Applications are accepted throughout the year.
Open Admission Policy
UOU operates an inclusive admission system that does not require JAMB for undergraduate programmes. However, after admission, students will be required to obtain JAMB Regularization Forms for proper record alignment.

Admission Requirements
Undergraduate (Degree Programmes)
- Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics, obtained at not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, GCE, or equivalent).
Professional and Certificate Courses
- Open to all candidates with a minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Experienced professionals, HND or B.Sc. holders, may enroll for advanced or specialized certificates.
